Comes with universal G1/2" threads. If our shower head doesn’t fit into the shower arm, please try rotating it at different angles. It will only screw in when the threads align perfectly.
Remove ALL teflon tapes around the threads of shower arm; then tighten it with the included WRENCH until it cannot be moved.

Same comment as 2 previous. Rainfall head ball joint won’t move and head is facing wrong direction. How do I move it?
How do I make the rainfall head move on the ball joint? It seems fixed. Non adjustable as advertised.
