Classic Shower Head-SSJ781

I love this thing, but I really missed my magnet attachment from my Delta. So I screwed and epoxied it on the Makefit. Works great until I miss the magnet because I've got soap in my eyes and then it activates the sprayer button and I spray water all over the ceiling. 🤷 Work in progress.

This is one of the best thing I purchased. It worked so good.

This was suggested by my hairdresser to removed the minerals going into my hair . I was able to install it in 5 minutes .

I like everything about this shower head. The jet spray feature is so great when Im cleaning my tub. I like the tracker built on the handle to help you keep up with how long it has been til u will need to replace the filter inside of it. Had it for about 4 or 5 months, no problems. I recommend this item. Get it and you will see for yourself. Its truely a good buy!

I Always read Reviews, This shower head has Sooo many features, DO NOT Remove the Flow restrictor !!! I will buying another one soon !!

I'm so happy with this showerhead, I may be jumping the gun and I will update my review after using it longer but I really couldn't be happier so far. It was very easy to install, took about 6 minutes including removing the previous showerhead. We have hard water and tannins...well water. I'm really hoping this will not only help my hair but limit the staining on my shower. I use some cleaners on my shower that remove the stains but it would be nice to not work so hard at it. My hair also has a redish tint due to our water. I am really hoping that goes away. We have a water softener and an underground filtration system so we do everything we can to filter. I noticed that the water looked a lot whiter when showering. I'm thrilled! I love the power sprayer on the top as well. It's great for cleaning or just to wash extra soap suds down the drain. It will be so nice to clean my shower doors with this option. The water pressure is great, very similar to my previous shower head. Several different spray pattern modes. I'm always worried about trying a new shower head, we've tried two other shower heads and kept going back. Not this time, this one is a keeper! Also doesn't feel cheap, feels well made and light weight. I feel like it's hard to get light weight and quality but I think this did it.

This shower head is very easy to install. I love the new shower heads that have built in filters. The filter that comes in the shower head; I believe has a mixture of vitamins and water softener. I can tell a huge difference in my shampoo’s and body washes. My skin & hair feel cleaner, look and feel healthier. The shower experience is like a spa treatment. The shower modes are very powerful and gets the job done. I can really appreciate the top sprayer; I use to rinse off my shower curtain and all residue. That alone is a power wash. I love the long handheld cord; it reaches to help my grandsons. Plus it’s an awesome pet shower. It’s an affordable investment; that looks esthetically pleasing. Makes showering a beautiful spa treatment for the whole family.

After using this shower head for a little over a month, I have to say I was expecting more. The shower and hose hook up assembly is easy and take only a few minutes. The material is plastic and seems sturdy. The issue with this shower head is that it lakes the ability to pressurize water making the massage feature useless. Now, I have tested my water pressure with a pressure gauge and I am getting 55PSi which is average for water flow. I’m guessing the large housing of the shower head doesn’t allow for water pressure to build up and can sometimes lead to weak water streams. I have tried it with and without the provided water filter and still get the same result. While the shower head does work, I was just hopeful for better performance with water flow.

Not only does this shower head add beauty to your bathroom, it is multi-functional. It has 10 different settings from rainfall, mist, massage, etc, giving you that spa experience right at home. It has an extra long hose allowing you to clean your tub and shower walls and surrounding area more effectively. It also allows you to remove the hose and rinse the shower curtain/door each time you shower, cutting down on soap film and scum. Another main attraction to me is that it filters the water removing hard water, and most impurities that are found in some water systems, making it a healthy cleansing experience as well. It is a great conversation piece also as most people have the standard silver or brass bath fixtures. It lets you control the water flow effortlessly and it was easy to install. It is as described in the description with many more features for you to enjoy. You will be very pleased with this shower head.

I will address my screenshot first; I didn't check this grating before using the setup for several days, and it seems to be pulling out (instead of pushing in with the water), but it does concern me that this isn't fully sealed/in place. Especially with how hard my water pressure is prior to going through the head. But for the overall shower head and hose; it works fine. My biggest dislike is the lack of pressure when in the hybrid normal/power/massage modes compared to going full either way. Most shower heads work like this and it's always disappointing. The installation was easy, of course, and there were no issues with leaks or anything. I didn't use it long enough to test and see if the filter really made a difference (I have really hard water and am curious about the filter helping), but I ended up switching back to my favorite shower head after a while with this one. The power washing button on the back seems mostly useless. At least for in-bathroom cleaning. I tried letting the tub soak with cleaning solution(s) and then using the power wash, but that didn't seem to really do much. Definitely a lot worse than scrubbing. But maybe I can hook this up and wash a car or my porch with it? Maybe.

As you can see in the video - lots of spray options available. I've always been a fan of half massage / half shower, and this MakeFit showerhead does not disappoint. The construction is great -- everything fit together perfectly; there were washers included at every joint. And it's got a flexible metal cord with a nice heft to it - not one of those plastic ones that doesn't flex and hang properly. And it's got something I've never seen in the shower head before -- a cleaning spray out of the top. I can tell that's going to be really handy when cleaning the tub. There's a little dial on the handle to set when you change the filter, so you can see how long it's been since you replaced it. I'm not sure how I feel about the idea of a filter needing replaced in my showerhead... but I'm lucky enough to live in an area with amazingly good aquafer water that doesn't need filtered, so I may not ever do so. If you live somewhere with industrial / processed water that doesn't taste good, I can see how this filter could be really desirable. Be sure to pull the little flow adjuster filter out of the bottom of the handle before installing. In certain areas they're required to reduce the flowrate of the shower head for environmental/water conservation reasons. If you're not in one of those areas, you'll like the water flow a lot more if you pull the flow adjuster filter. It's step one in the instructions. Super easy installation. Taking my old shower head off took longer than installing this new one, and I was done in less than ten minutes -- including time to find a wrench. The only tool you need is an adjustable wrench of a pair of Channellock pliers. They even include the Teflon tape you need to wrap on the pipe threads. Don't be fooled by the brand name, "MakeFit," there's nothing to "make fit" here -- it all screws together easily. Installing the new showerhead, I didn't even use the wrench. Just hand tightened and it doesn't leak. Really happy with this showerhead -- it's a refreshing start to the day.

This is a decent handheld shower head. The stainless steel hose is a nice long 6 feet so you can reach most areas of your shower. There are multiple shower modes and a special "power" mode that shoots a pretty strong stream of water to hit the hard-to-reach spots in your shower. Installation instructions were clear and they even included the Teflon tape for taping your shower's water pipe. No tools are needed as all connections are hand tighten only. The one downside is the filter cartridge. At around $15 a piece, costs can quickly add up.

You can tell that quality is important to this manufacturer based upon the classy packaging. I like that the water streams from this head are a little thicker than some of the heads I've used in the past. I feel like a thicker stream keeps me warmer when showering. The end spray is powerful if you need a blast of water. You may notice that your hair is softer after showering because of the filter inside. I am using it with my oil rubbed bronze hardware and it looks pretty good. It has a 2-year warranty.

The product arrived in a sleek box instead of the usual store style blister packaging. Wand head, Hose, mount & extras o rings are included. I upgraded from a very similar waterpik model. This new Makefit shower wand is leagues better than my old waterpik. The water setting capabilities are excellent and the best part is the water pressure comes out superbly in comparison to my old unit. It also has a switch on the back for a direct pressure washer style cleaning function which has a ton of power to help you clean off grime from your shower during cleanings. Installation was super easy and straightforward, all rubber o-rings are pre installed and they even include Teflon tape for the metal section to your water spout. I would easily recommend this product for anyone looking for a new shower head replacement to revamp their scrubbing experience!
